These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

  1. Introduction: By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. By continuing to use our website, you accept any such modifications.

  2. Services: We provide cooking classes and related services through our website. Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  3. Booking and Payments: To book a cooking class, you can browse our available classes and choose the one you want to attend. Payment is due at the time of booking, and can be made through our secure payment system GIFT CARDS provided by GIFTUP.

  4. Cancellation and Refunds for gift cards:
    – The voucher can be used indefinitely from the date of issue and is valid for classes held in Berlin and/or Sicily; – Appointments and availability will be confirmed to the guest by mail; – Gift cards cannot be cancelled by guests or refunded for any reason; – Cancellations of a scheduled events made by guests more than 48 hours prior the event aim to be rescheduled but this is subject to availability and it cannot be guaranteed; – Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 100% fee and rescheduling will not be possible for any reason; – In the unfortunate case that Siciliamo will need to cancel scheduled events, we will offer to the guests the possibility to reschedule or be fully refunded;

  5. ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: At Siciliamo we recognize the seriousness of food allergies and we require that you contact us beforehand informing of any food allergies that you or your party may have. While we take steps to minimise risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur as factors beyond our reasonable control and we unfortunately cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% safe to consume for people with allergies. With the purchase of this ticket you will assume all the risks of participating in this activity. Siciliamo will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to our products and you waive, release and discharge Siciliamo from any and all liability. 

  6. Private Events Deposit: To secure the venue for your event, we require a non-refundable deposit of €250. Please note: This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and no cancellation period applies once you confirm your reservation. The deposit will be reflected in the final invoice together with the total price of your event. By confirming your event, you agree to pay this deposit regardless of any possible changes to your booking.

    Ticket cancellation policy (private events only): Within 48 hours before the event: No refund is possible. 14 days or less before the event: We will issue a voucher for future events, in lieu of a refund. The voucher can be used by the group or by individual participants. 
    More than 14 days before the event: A refund of ticket price will be given but we will keep the deposit.

  7. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of our company or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from our website without our express written permission.

  8. Liability: We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our services, but we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during or as a result of a cooking class. By using our services, you agree to assume all risk and release us from any liability.

  9. Privacy: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our privacy policy.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Berlin.
