booking and Payment:
✔ Reservations: All rentals require a signed agreement and deposit (50% of total fee) to secure the date.
✔ Cancellation:
>14 days before: Full deposit refund.
7-14 days before: 50% refund.
<7 days before: No refund.
✔ Final Payment: Due 48 hours before the event/rental.
Permits and legal compliance: Renters are solely responsible for obtaining all required permits for their event type under German law.
Especially but not limited to Food Handling: Valid health department permits (Lebensmittelüberwachung) for external caterers.
