  2. Services: We provide cooking classes and related services through our website. Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  3. Booking and Payments: To book a cooking class, you can browse our available classes and choose the one you want to attend. Payment is due at the time of booking, and can be made through our secure payment system GIFT CARDS provided by GIFTUP.

  4. Cancellation and Refunds for gift cards:
    – The voucher can be used indefinitely from the date of issue and is valid for classes held in Berlin and/or Sicily;
    – Appointments and availability will be confirmed to the guest by mail;
    – Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason;
    – Cancellation with less than 24 hours prior to the event will incur a 100% fee
    – Purchasing this ticket you will grant access to the cooking lesson. in case you have any condition

  5. Cancellation and Refunds for Private Events:
    In order to secure the venue for your event, we require a non-refundable deposit agreed by mail. Please note that:

    • This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, and no grace period applies once you confirm your reservation.
    • The deposit will be included in the final invoice, alongside the total price for your event.
    • By responding with your confirmation to proceed, you agree to pay this deposit regardless of any future changes to your booking.

    Cancellation Policy for Tickets (price per person in private events).

    The cancellation policy for the per-person price of the private class is as follows:

    • Within 48 hours of the event: No refund is available.
    • 14 days or fewer prior to the event: We will issue credit to be used for future events instead of a cash refund. You can use the credit as a group or as a single ticket per participant.
    • More than 14 days prior to the event: A full refund will be provided.

  6. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of our company or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from our website without our express written permission.

  7. ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: At Siciliamo we recognize the seriousness of food allergies and we require that you contact us beforehand informing of any food allergies that you or your party may have. With the purchase of this ticket you will assume all the risks of participating in this activity. Siciliamo will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to our products and you waive, release and discharge Siciliamo from any and all liability.

Liability We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our services, but we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during or as a result of a cooking class. By using our services, you agree to assume all risk and release us from any liability.
